I had to get a tooth pulled today and Was super nervous about it and I have had teeth pulled here before, and they have always been very friendly and considerate To me after explaining to them about my dental anxiety, I have and today was no different. Dr. Callaway and her assistant were amazing. They explained everything that was going on. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and that helped a lot it made me feel comfortable and I was able to calm down and get that tooth pulled out which Dr. Callaway had no Problem extracting the tooth they were super gentle and Very thorough with what they were doing I feel like they were absolute pros I really appreciate them because I would still be sitting here with a sore tooth right now if they didn’t help make me comfortable.to get it out!!!thank you Again, Dr. Callaway and your assistant!! Your the best!!

Made an eye appointment in advance, and the process of check in was fast, even with using the income-based sliding scale. I was quickly told how much the appointment would cost, and the financial assistance was a lifesaver. The appointment took a little long, but I don’t think it was out of the ordinary for an optometrist, especially one that is based around education and community service. I felt I was in professional hands the whole time, from front counter, to nurse, to doctor, to eyeglass sales. I was really impressed and they helped me get new glasses, which I was in desperate need of!

Worst service I have ever had. They can't schedule an appointment when a person is there in person. Instead, they give their contact number and schedule only when you call. On the other hand, they can't see who is on schedule. This morning, I had an appointment at 8 AM with Sandrine Umutoni. They called me around 7: 40AM, I didn't see it. I called them back at 7:54AM. They just sent a voicemail and canceled. They send text messages for appointments and for documentation work, but they couldn't send a text before canceling. I reached out to their central appointment system to inform about the possible delay due to traffic. They didn't even inform me at that time. Upon reaching, They said that I am not on schedule & they removed me from schedule as concerned person is absent today. Good at wasting people's time. Worst admin service & Worst experience.

I moved back to Michigan in a rush from Oregon and needed antidepressants on short notice. Very short notice. I explained my predicament, and in 20 minutes they had me set up with an appointment for insurance, a PCP, a therapist, and someone to help me with a prescription for my medicine. Within 3 days I had a therapy appointment and was able to set up a time to pick up medicine. They are the best and they do everything they can to help their neighbors. This is an incredible resource. Use it and then give back when you can. I will be.

I love this place and it does a lot of good but tell me why the lady at the front desk lied to me about the walk in clinic at this location? I got there on time and could've been seen within the window. I have an incredibly severe dental emergency and I was either given the wrong info or lied to. Now I have to wait even tho I had an organized ride, I dont have a car so that'll be fun trying to find a ride back to this location at 7:30am. I dont have money for an Uber back here later because I had to spend the money on that on getting a ride immediately back home because there is literally nothing I can do. Its either that or I sit here for 4 and a half more hours until the next window. Also, it says on your website that you guys have orthos in the walk in clinics, you do not.
